Matrimonial / Infidelity Investigations

Do you suspect your partner is cheating? If so, Castle Private Investigators can help you get the answers you need.

No one enters a relationship with the expectation that infidelity will take place. Unfortunately, infidelity and adultery is not uncommon. It is a fact that two thirds of marriages end in divorce, with the main reason being infidelity. According to one source, more than a third of marriages have one or both spouses admitting to either physical or mental infidelity.

Any investigation of a potentially cheating spouse or partner is difficult under the best of circumstances. The feelings of betrayal, guilt, and doubt can be very destructive and overwhelming, resulting in a loss of objectivity and good judgment. Anyone that believes they could be the victim of adultery or infidelity can use a trained private investigator to uncover the truth in an unbiased and objective manner. A professional private investigator is trained to conduct discreet surveillance and gather evidence that can be used to prove or disprove infidelity.

The Investigation

After an initial consultation with the client, the case investigator will do whatever is necessary within legal and ethical boundaries to find the evidence required.

The investigations will most likely involve covertly following an individual believed to be cheating and getting photographic or video evidence for divorce, child custody, or other legal proceedings, or simply for the client’s knowledge. It could also involve researching social media, dating profiles, and taking witness statements to establish infidelity.
Your private investigator will keep you informed of any and all important developments throughout the course of your surveillance investigation, and provide you with a final written report summarizing all findings at the conclusion of the investigation.

Investigators will adhere to the law and all professional ethics standards during all stages of the investigation. Investigators will not attempt to access any legally restricted records or data, or trespass onto private property without permission.
