What is "itserv" ?
As a team here at Castlepi we have various disciplines and backgrounds. One member of our team has a background of over 30 years in Information Technology and supports the company, and clients, in this arena on a daily basis. On consultation with many of our fellow operatives there is sometimes, even today, a reluctance to embrace new methodologies and technology.
We currently help and advise when its necessary or needed by clients, and are now looking to provide a structured approach to provision.
Training
Initially we will be offering a series of short courses in the fundamentals of Microsoft® Excel and Word. Each has a three tier approach; Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced. There is no requirement to have been on a previous level prior to attending, however candidates will be assessed before acceptance. The courses have been tailored to include the day to day working of the private investigation industry, such as the use of Microsoft® Word for report writing.
One to One
All courses can be run on a one to one basis if required. We do find, however, that small groups provide the best learning environment.
Course delivery takes place in an professional, but informal, training room and is delivered at a pace to suit all candidates. Training will be based at our offices in Newark, but can be moved to accommodate students should the requirement be necessary. There is also the possibility of a distance learning option.
Qualified Staff
Training will be delivered primarily by our IT guru who, as well as being a qualified further education teacher, is also a private investigator. All training is backed up with a wealth of course materials and online assistance before, during and after the sessions.
